On 26 January, from 11:00 to 13:00, a massive picket on Ploshad Lenin will take place. The event is organized by the free trade union "Zachita truda"- Kurgan.

On 26 January protest actions will take place all around the world as part of the World Social Forum – under the traditional slogan “Another world is possible”. As part of this day of action the Union of Coordinating Councils of Russia is planning to organize protest actions under the slogan “For civil rights and social justice” and invites all social, civil networks and political opposition movements to participate.
